Britany Goodpaster has over 10 years of experience supporting K–12 and higher education technology environments and currently serves as Associate Director at AvantBlue.

She leads strategic partnerships, client engagement initiatives, and internal operational development, helping institutions align technology decisions with both mission-driven priorities and long-term operational goals.

In her role, Britany supports AvantBlue’s growth strategy through relationship development, discovery and assessment frameworks, vendor and consortium partnership initiatives, and the coordination of cross-functional projects.

She also plays a key role in representing AvantBlue through client trainings, campus events, and industry presentations, while building scalable processes that strengthen client success and support sustainable organizational growth.

Bruce Johnson is an experienced technology leader with more than 20 years of leadership experience across K–12 and higher education environments. He oversees strategic budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, and operational planning while aligning technology investments with organizational strategy to drive innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Bruce holds the Certified Education Technology Leader (CETL) credential from CoSN and is widely recognized for his practical, people-focused approach to technology leadership.

His experience spans infrastructure modernization, strategic planning, cybersecurity initiatives, enterprise systems, and large-scale technology transformation efforts.

Through his leadership and mentorship, Bruce works closely with educational institutions and technology leaders to help navigate complex technology decisions with practical, real-world insight.

His ability to balance strategic vision with operational realities ensures that recommendations remain grounded in the day-to-day challenges schools, colleges, and educational organizations face.

He is passionate about developing future leaders, advancing responsible innovation, and helping organizations leverage technology to create meaningful impact for students, faculty, staff, and communities.

Callie Wright brings a unique blend of K–12 classroom experience and higher education project management expertise to AvantBlue’s Strategy & Innovation team.

With a background as an educator, she understands the day-to-day realities schools face—balancing limited time, competing priorities, and the need for solutions that truly support students and staff.

In her role serving on AvantBlue’s leadership team, Callie leads the team with technology and operational initiatives from planning through execution.

She is known for building clear project structures, streamlining workflows, and keeping teams aligned through strong communication and accountability.

Her ability to translate big-picture strategy into actionable next steps helps ensure projects stay organized, transparent, and successfully delivered.

Joe Ader brings more than 35 years of experience in higher education, including over 30 years leading enterprise technology initiatives. A strategic and operations-focused leader, he has deep expertise in infrastructure, budgeting, and organizational development, building high-performing IT teams that support institutional growth and long-term transformation.

Throughout his career, he has prioritized aligning technology investments with mission-driven outcomes and delivering sustainable value.

Tracie Taylor is a seasoned finance and operations leader with over 25 years of experience in higher education and corporate sectors. She specializes in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and operational efficiency, helping organizations align their resources with long-term institutional goals.

Throughout her career, Tracie has led complex financial transformations, including the implementation of enterprise-wide budgeting systems and the restructuring of administrative operations to drive sustainability and growth.
